Please Note: Should you want to pay by instalments and require the additional options their cost will be paid in advance. Payments by instalments are subject to a cumulative interest charge of 6% - The 1st year is interest free.

 

Regional variations in pricing

Our plan prices are based on a national average - in some areas of the country the prices of services maybe considerably higher - should your chosen funeral director not accept the plan at our national average price we will advise you of the regional variation in pricing.

 
The following plan does not include costs for disbursements. These are third party costs that will be required to pay Cremation fees, Burial costs, Doctors and Clergy fees. If you wish to add a contribution to these costs into your funeral plan (and as regional variations in pricing levels throughout the UK do occur) please call our Head Office for clarification on freephone 0800 85 44 48. If there are additional costs for a grave plot purchase, these must be paid at the time. Choose a plan that suits your requirements. The following services are included with in the displayed plan price:   
  • Administration of plan
  • The funeral directors professional services
  • Advice on registration, documentation and certification for the funeral
  • Removal from place of death to funeral directors premises within 25 miles (24h)
  • Care of deceased prior to funeral
  • Use of chapel of rest for visits by family and friends
  • A high quality coffin
  • Attendance of conductor and four bearers on day of funeral
  • Provision of hearse and two limousines for service at Crematorium/Cemetery
  • Full listing of floral tributes
  • Thank you cards
  • Bereavement counselling (where available)

*Please note that the basic plan cost above does not include an allowance for third party costs. Golden Leaves guarantee to cover the funeral directors services in full. Disbursement costs, if you choose for them to be included and they are paid for, are guaranteed to the RPI (Retail Price Index) and may require additional payment from your estate/next of kin at the time of the funeral.
